Made from strong cast aluminium, the diamond shaped perforation in the BBQ tray ensures optimal air circulation around the food, helping to reduce cooking times whilst also adding an eye-catching pattern to meats, fish and vegetables.

The special Lotan coating prevents food from sticking to the tray, making it easier to clean, whilst the side rim around the tray lowers friction to aid loading into ovens. In addition, specially casted pins on one side and slots on the other provide safe and stable stacking of multiple trays if required.
