The main static oven offers an impressive 7.5kW of cooking power and can accommodate either a double size (2/1GN) or two full size (1/1GN) gastronorm pans. Not only does this give you a generous amount of cooking capacity - it also means you can quickly transfer pans between prep, cooking and service stations to save even more time.
On top, the oven features four powerful 5kW hob burners, giving you the flexibility to boil and fry too. And thanks to the added 300mm wide griddle section, the options for cooking with the Cobra are almost limitless. Controls are intuitive and responsive, whilst the whole oven range is easy to clean too.
