With impressive up-to-date technology, once programmed, the cabinet alternates between circulating gentle heat and refrigeration to ensure a safe, even thaw overnight. Once thawed, the food is kept at a safe temperature, ready to remove for further preparation. Supplied with heavy duty castors.
