The Bubble waffle (or egg waffle) owes its name to the cells egg-shaped pattern. The irons on Krampouz's professional Bubble waffle maker have been specially designed to form thin cells. This design reduces the amount of batter needed to produce a waffle.

If your waffles stick to the plates, it could be because of the type of mix you're using. Waffle mixes with low sugar content can be cooked at higher temperatures, while high sugar mixes require a lower temperature to stop the outside caramelising before the inside has cooked. Using a little spray oil can also help release the waffles too.
