This Merrychef Eikon E3 oven is easy to operate and maintain, thanks to the intuitive easyTouch® touchscreen control feature. It also helps to reduce time spent in training kitchen staff on how to use it.
For further versatility and convenience, this model features innovative filtration which removes the need for overhead extraction. It also has a generous 34.4Ltr cavity with a small footprint and is simple to clean.
This single phase oven provides 230V of power making it ideal for smaller kitchens. Please note that this unit will need hardwiring. Three phase versions of the E3 are available, please select from the drop down.
