Thanks to an intuitive easyTouch® icon driven touchscreen, the Merrychef Eikon E3 is simple for staff to operate. With storage for up to 1024 cooking profiles via USB, chefs can easily programme and save their favourite recipes. This helps you to streamline workflow, so you can deliver high-quality food with every order. Additionally, this combination oven is compact and space saving, so it's ideal for commercial kitchens where space is limited.

Despite its compact size, the Eikon E3 still boasts a large 34.4 litre cavity to provide ample cooking space. Its internal turntable maximises heat distribution for fantastic browning results, while the cool-touch exterior helps ensure safe use.

The oven is also easy to install with ventless operation, removing the need for overhead extraction. Also, cleaning the oven is a breeze thanks to Merrychef's patented front-monitored air filtration system.
