Mona Lisa's caramel Blossoms look like small and delicately rolled up flower petals. Made with Callebaut's Belgian chocolate, their taste combines the round cocoa body of milk chocolate with the pleasant sweetness of butter caramel. With their delicately thin shape, Blossoms melt easily on the tongue, creating a very pleasant mouthfeel. Just sprinkle them generously on top of chocolate drinks, cocktails, desserts and pastries to enrich them with a beautiful chocolate touch.
